Fettuccine - Organic Durum Wheat Line
100% Sicilian durum wheat semolina pasta. Porous surface, achieved through bronze extrusion. Robust texture due to the quality of our semolina. Slowly dried at low temperatures. The long pasta formats from the BIO Donna Itriya durum wheat line are the epitome of the oldest Sicilian pasta-making tradition. Rolled on 60cm long canes, dried for over 24 hours, and packaged while preserving the distinctive arch shape, which symbolizes artisanal craftsmanship, care, and elegance. The natural roughness is achieved through the use of the finest bronze extrusion dies. Carefully selected semolina, derived from the milling of organic Sicilian durum wheat grains. COOKING TIME – 9 minutes for al dente NET WEIGHT – 500 g.

Organic puffed millet 100g
Expanding or puffing is subjecting grain to hot steam under high pressure without the addition of chemicals. Whole cereal grains are used for puffing, hence the expanded products retain most of the valuable nutrients contained in the grain. Thanks to the puffing process, the product has an attractive light yellow color.
Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP
Balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP is a typical sweet-and-sour condiment, specifica of Emilia Romagna Region and holding the Protected Geographic Indication European LOGO (IGP/PGI). Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is obtained from the fermentation, acidifying and aging of Grape juice (Must). The aging should take place in wood barrels for at leat 60 days to obtain the IGP/PGI certification and acidity should be minimum 6%. It is possible to add Caramel as a colouring agent but all the REALE products are Colouring-free. In fact, we use natural aging in wood barrels and do not use any additive or preservative. We offer also aged and creamy Balsamic vinegars because when Balsamic is aged it becomes creamy and thick. Therefore, a young balsamic is used to dress salads while an older balsamic can be used on fruit and desserts as well.

Lacruz Vega Syrah
Lacruz Vega Syrah is an organic red wine elaborate only with Syrah variety.
The harvest is always done at night when temperatures are lower. Controlled maceration times, temperature and the use of wine fermenting tanks allows us to find the perfect balance of colour and tannins development. Flowers and fruit aromas are an important touch in the taste. Fermentations is performed at different temperatures, at the discretion of our technicians. The exact technique depends on the weather, the grapes used and our objective.The wine has a shocking-palate with balsamic and roasted aftertaste, developed in conjunction with floral notes.

We can offer our tea bags of herbs in bulk, in square boxes of 20 infusettes, in kraft bags. We are also able to personalize our boxes and bags with your own brand and create your own blend of herbs.
Our sachets bags are "SOILON' and 100% from natural origin (derived from corn starch) and biodegradable. This natural material allows the consumer to see the quality of the herbs through the tea bag as it is not an opaque filter paper.
The work of the producer is valorised and as well as our work with the cutting, dust removing and sifting work. There is no metal staple, nor glue because the tea bag is heat-welded

Linguine - Organic Ancient Grains Line
100% Sicilian Ancient Grain Semolina Pasta. Porous surface, achieved through bronze extrusion. Tough structure thanks to the quality of our semolina. Slowly dried at low temperatures. The Grani Antichi Donna Itriya line is made from a blend of Russello and Perciasacchi grains from organic farming. The wheat has found in the island the environmental conditions to thrive in over fifty specific local varieties. The lower gluten content in ancient Sicilian grains makes all the products derived from them lighter, more digestible, and easier to assimilate, with a lower likelihood of developing increasingly common intolerances, probably due to excessive consumption of modern wheat. Ancient grains, precisely because they are indigenous, are very resilient and grow spontaneously without the excessive use of fertilizers and pesticides.
