Wild European blueberry (also called bilberry, Vaccinium myrtillus) is very different from the cultivated blueberries (Vaccinium angustifolium, Vaccinum corymbosum). Our handpicked, wild-crafted organic bilberries are gathered from certified organic forests in Finland, Sweden and Estonia.
Northern conditions are characterized by long summer days, featuring abundance of light and cool temperatures during the growing season, which gives our berries a special, strong flavour and makes them rich with nutrients.
To give you the absolute maximum amount of Nordic goodness, we freeze-dry our wild berries, which is the best method for preserving all the nutrients, taste and colour. It leaves the berries really light and puffy, almost melting in your mouth with an explosion of blueberry flavour.
Wild European blueberries, also called bilberries contain astonishingly 4 times more antioxidants than cultivated blueberries. In addition, these valuable berries contain great amount of vitamin A, vitamin E, carotene and dietary fibre.

Organic extra virgin olive oil extracted from green olives of the arbequina variety grown at our plantation under restrict organic conditions. Cold pressed first pression made at our mill just after harvest. Maximum acidity: 0,2%.
Bikandi Ecologico Crianza is an organic Tempranillo wine from Rioja. The vines grow in a cool high-altitude area in calcareous alluvial soil. The vineyards are strictly kept under ecological agricultural methods in a natural environment without any pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. Bikandi grapes are hand harvested during the first weeks of October. After fermentation, Viña Olabarri’s winemaker- Fernando Salgado, aged the wine for more than 14 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. This ensures a fruit-forward wine that is elegant, fresh, spicy and nuanced which integrates the oak character perfectly with the dark cherry fruit, vanilla and chocolate that shows on tasting. It is ideal with tapas or any grilled dish.
White Grenache.
Own vineyards located in Eastern Rioja, facing north- south, in a slime and clayey soil, in organic farming for over 30 years. Vineyards of small production. We obtain unctuous wines.
The climate is Mediterranean with some Atlantic influence and an average rainfall of 450 l/m2.
Through cold maceration and a refined technique, we obtain the must from the first pressing, going then through cold static decanting into a stainless-steel tank before pouring it into a concrete egg to ferment. This process ends with its ageing on lees for 5 months, constantly stirred in the concrete egg to produce an exquisitely unctuous wine.
The single varietal Grenache from organic farming surprise us with their aromas and flavour, exclusive of a few grape varieties. In the organic farming we have to highlight the formation of microclimate grasses and plants, where the blossom and existence of these stays intimately linked to the flower and berries of the cluster, allowing the wine to dazzle us with the wide nuances below mentioned.
