We have two different type of wildflower honey coming from two different valley of our region, in fact they have different flavours and even different colours.
Strong taste and aroma due to the many nectars’ flowers, that's why this is a very rich and complete honey. They have a normal crystallization.
This red wine uses 100% Red Grenache grapes.
The grapes are harvested during the months of September and October, when they are at their optimum ripeness. After a precise maturation control, the best vineyards are selected, and are harvested so that the grapes arrive healthy and in the best conditions for winemaking.
Visual: Violet colour with shades of cherry colours, very intense.
Olfactory: Wide range of aromas amongst which ripe red fruits, black fruits stand out. Delicate notes of liquorice can also be noticed.
Taste: It stands out for its balance between volume, maturity and freshness, in equal parts. It reminds us of fruits, with a slight tenacity that structures the whole. Very persistent.
Pairing: Celler Arrufí Trepadella goes well with sausages, meats, risottos and charcoal grilled food.

Our bio buckwheat is a unique product, characterized by a short cooking time (only 8 minutes). Comenge el Origen 2019 is full of charm and flavour. It is a very elegant wine, big, long and persistent at the finish in the mouth, capable of showing all the charm and bigness of the Tempranillo variety. The grapes are picked by hand in small boxes. At the winery, the racemes and grapes are selected carefully also by hand, grape by grape. Fermentation with selected indigenous yeast in small stainless steel and concrete tanks. The wine is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels. Clarified and filtered just before bottling.
Tasting notes: Medium-high depth, black cherry in the glass with garnet highlights, bright and very clean. Explosive nose, very fruity. Noted for its intense acidic and balsamic red fruit: redcurrant, wild strawberry, hints of liquorice and aniseed. The mouth is fresh with a medium-high structure and pleasant texture.
The natural acidity adds a refreshing sensation that makes the wine easy to drink. The fruit is joined by notes of the ageing: vanilla, sweet spices (cinnamon, clove) and the balsamic sensation of liquorice, bringing positive complexity to the wine overall. The aftertaste is lasting and leaves a pleasant sensation on the palate.
The Goat Cheese Los Cameros (P.D.O. Queso Camerano) is a combination of all the flavour and all the tradition of our ancestors, together with the careful processing demanded by a Signature Cheese. The result is a full flavoured, highly intense and slightly lactic cheese with a pronounced aroma derived from natural curing. Under the signature of Francisco Javier Martínez, a Master Cheesemaker, we are proud to present the revival of this centuries-old recipe for the goat cheese which was formerly made in La Rioja.
The development of affinage molds and the olive oil baths gives the perfect aroma and the colour achieved on maturity.
It is a full flavoured, highly intense and slightly lactic cheese, with a pronounced aroma and natural maturing, with an off-white colour and firm and crumbly texture. The characteristic rind is finely marked by the woven cheese-making basket.
