Pack of Herbs & Spice from Provence
In our CSR approach, we particularly want to engage in a field of Organic Provence Herbs from local producers. Thus, our Provence Herbs, our Oregano, our Rosemary, our Saffron and our Thyme are PROVENCE origin. They are packed in nice glass jars.

CECI
Dried organic chickpeas, grown only in our fields Marche Quality. Ideal for soups, broths and salads. To be left to soak for at least 24 hours and cook for at least 40 minutes. It’s possible to choose between different packs: 400g vacuum-sealed glass jar, 400 g paper bag and 1 kg paper bag. If necessary, it’s also possible to make packs of 5 kg.
Bikandi Ecological Crianza
Bikandi Ecologico Crianza is an organic Tempranillo wine from Rioja. The vines grow in a cool high-altitude area in calcareous alluvial soil. The vineyards are strictly kept under ecological agricultural methods in a natural environment without any pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers. Bikandi grapes are hand harvested during the first weeks of October. After fermentation, Viña Olabarri’s winemaker- Fernando Salgado, aged the wine for more than 14 months in 225 litre French oak barrels. This ensures a fruit-forward wine that is elegant, fresh, spicy and nuanced which integrates the oak character perfectly with the dark cherry fruit, vanilla and chocolate that shows on tasting. It is ideal with tapas or any grilled dish.
Fusilli - Organic Durum Wheat Line
100% Sicilian organic durum wheat semolina pasta. Porous surface, achieved through bronze extrusion. Robust texture due to the quality of our semolina. Slowly dried at low temperatures. The short pasta shapes from the traditional Donna Itriya line are versatile and possess a robust texture. Placed on wooden frames, they undergo a meticulous and extended drying process at low temperatures. The natural roughness is achieved through the use of the finest bronze extrusion dies. Carefully selected semolina, derived from the milling of organic Sicilian durum wheat grains. COOKING TIME – 9 minutes for al dente NET WEIGHT – 500 g.

Chufa Xfine Flour
Extrafine chufa flour is obtained from mechanically selected, peeled and ground chufa (tigernut) tubers, passed through a sieve according to the desired granulometry.
Honeydew Honey
Honeydew honey is useful for upper respiratory tract diseases and in the case of lowered immunity. It supports the treatment of rheumatic, skin and nervous diseases. 
BdeGust
BdeGust is our first and award-winning beer.
It is an organic lager, made with barley and extra hops, as we want the consumer to enjoy our own grown hops.
It is produced with toasted barley malt as well, so it has more flavours and body than common lagers. BdeGust is greatly appreciated among Michelin starred chefs as it offers a strong personality, whilst being a beer that is light and fresh and its bitterness cleans up very quickly, allowing to combine it with any kind of dish to be served as its bitterness does not remain for long once enjoyed.
100% Syrah 2018
The purest expression of the Syrah grape variety. This wine opens with notes of great fruity intensity carried by a subtle woodiness. The attack is supple, elegant and enhanced by fine tannins, the mouth seduces by its crisp and ample side.
