Made from naturally gluten-free ingredients. With no milk or soy components. They don´t contain any added sugar and are sweetened only with organic rice syrup. These bars are made from high-quality organic ingredients, they are without colourants, starch or preservatives. Could be enjoyed by vegetarians and vegans as well.
Available in three flavours: pure coconut, cocoa (with cocoa nibs), and sour cherry.
For harmonica™ wafers we use only wholegrain einkorn flour which is naturally low in gluten to make the crispy crusts. Then we add sunflower seeds paste, cocoa and coconut butter to start the cream. And this wafer flavour is an innovation to be proud of - having 4 probiotic cultures added: L. bulgaricus, Bifidobacterium longum, L. plantarum, L. gasseri for more goodness. And then we cover it with fine milk chocolate. This is how we see harmony in a wafer bar!

As an Italian protected designation of origin (PDO) product, the P.D.O. Green Pistachio from Bronte, the "green gold", is cultivated in small volcanic soils in the municipalities of Bronte, Adrano and Biancavilla on the sunny island of Sicily, with an extremely limited production. Bronte pistachios are known for their characteristic flavour, bright green colour, and unique organoleptic properties that are intimately linked to their place of origin.
The Pistachio Gelato is prepared with the P.D.O. Green Pistachio from Bronte paste that gives the product an intense aroma and its natural and typical grey green colour. It is decorated by hand with PDO Green Pistachio Bronte grains)
