第1条：一般原則

1.1 日欧産業協力センターは、東京に本部を置き、ベルギーのブリュッセルに欧州支部を置いています。欧州支部の登記上の事務所は rue Marie de Bourgogne 52/2, 1000 Brussels であり、ベルギーの Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (BCE) に 0850.850.148 の番号で登録されています（以下、「日欧センター」という）。欧州支社は、ウェブサイトhttps://www.eu-japan.eu（以下、「ウェブサイト」）および連絡先データベース（以下、「データベース」）を管理しています。

1.2 日欧センターは、欧州連合の一般データ保護規則（2016/679）（以下、「GDPR」といいます）を遵守し、お客様のプライバシー保護に努めています。このプライバシーポリシーは、日欧センターがお客様の個人データをどのように収集し処理するかについての情報を提供するものです。

1.3本プライバシーポリシーにおいて、「個人情報」とは、単独でまたは日欧センターの裁量で他の情報と組み合わせて、日欧センターが直接または間接的にあなたを識別することができる情報を意味し、GDPRにおいての定義と同じ意味を有します。

1.4 お客様の個人情報は、すべてGDPRに準拠して処理されます。

1.5 このプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本プライバシーポリシー」といいます）を閲覧し、留意していただくようお願いします。

第2条：個人情報の収集方法

2.1 日欧センターは、氏名、住所、電子メールアドレス、電話番号、役職、会社名、性別、生年月日、IPアドレス、国籍、学歴、写真、履歴書、大学職員の連絡先、家族の連絡先などの基本情報を含むがこれに限定しない様々な種類の個人データを収集することがあります。

2.2 日欧センターは、ウェブサイト上でのあなたのナビゲーションに関するデータ（以下「利用データ」）を処理することがあります。利用状況データには、利用者のIPアドレス、ユーザーの地理的位置、ブラウザの種類とバージョン、オペレーティングシステム、参照元、訪問時間、ページ閲覧、ウェブサイトのナビゲーションパス、および利用者のサービス利用のタイミング、頻度、パターンに関する情報が含まれることがあります。この使用データは、当社のウェブサイトおよびサービスの利用状況を分析し、お客様の体験を最適化する方法を模索する目的で処理される場合があります。

2.3 個人情報の収集について:

- 会議、イベント、ミーティングなどでお客様が個人情報を日欧センターに提供する場合。
- 当ウェブサイトを閲覧される場合
- 当ウェブサイトのウェブフォームに自発的に入力する場合
- 外部プロバイダーを通じて自動化されたウェブフォームに記入し、自発的に応募する場合、および/または、外部クラウドサービスを通じて個人文書を共有する場合（仲介サービス/プロバイダーがデータ処理者として機能しない場合、日欧センターはそのデータ保護について管理または責任を負いかねます）。
- 紙媒体の申込書を任意で提出する場合
- 当社の活動に関するご意見をお寄せいただく場合
- 当社および/または当社の活動に関する質問をされる場合

2.4. 個人情報を日欧センターに提供することにより（会議、イベント、ニュースレターの購読など）、日欧センターが当該個人情報を処理する正当な利益を有することを認識するものとします。

場合によっては（例：パートナーシップ）、日欧センターはあなたの個人情報を処理するためにあなたの同意を求めることがあります。お客様は、以下のアドレスに電子メールを送信することにより、いつでも同意を撤回することができます： office@eu-japan.eu

第３条：個人情報を収集・利用する目的

3.1日欧センターは、お客様から収集した情報を以下の方法で使用することがあります。

- ニュースレターや招待状を通じて、日欧センターのイベント、コース、活動...について情報を提供するため。
- お問い合わせに対する迅速な回答やご要望に応じたコンサルティングを行うため。
- 日欧センターのサービスに関するご意見をお伺いし、改善するため。
- 活動への参加申し込みの審査および参加手配のため。

具体的には、以下の通りです

3.2 お客様がイベント／ウェビナーのウェブフォームに記入し、参加者として登録するか、または講演者として書類を提出する場合、当社は、お客様がイベント／一連のイベントに参加する手続きを行うために、お客様が提供する情報および書類を使用します。

3.3 日本でのマネージャー研修、ビジネスミッション、政策分析プログラムに応募する場合、ウェブ応募フォームに記入する又は、ワード形式の応募フォームをダウンロードし、電子メールで記入・送信することにより、あなたの応募内容は東京の事務所と共有されることになります。私たちは、あなたが提供した情報を使って、この活動への参加資格を評価し、活動への参加が可能か否かを決定し、可能と判断された場合には、活動への参加手続きを行います。当選された場合、お名前、会社名、電子メールアドレスは、当選された他の参加者と共有されます。

EU-Japanセンターは、日本でのコースやミッションに参加するすべての参加者（ミネルバ・プログラムを除く）について、AVIインターナショナル・アシュアランス社（フランス）の基本保険に加入しています。そのため、EU・日本センターは、コース参加時に欧州に居住し、かつ69歳以下の参加者の生年月日、氏名、居住地を共有します。

3.4 「Keys to Japan」に関しては、応募書類は東京のオフィスと共有され、最終的に「優勝した（選考された）」場合は、Japan Market Expansion Competition (JMEC) があなたに代わって市場参入計画を作成します。

3.5 "Lean in Europe"での企業訪問については、受入企業との間で基本情報（氏名、役職、会社名、URL）を共有し、受入企業の承諾を確認します。訪問の申し込みが受け入れられた場合、日欧センターはあなたに関する追加情報を他の参加者と共有可能にします。この場合、個人情報を共有する前にお客様に連絡し、同意していただく必要があります。

3.6 "Minerva fellowship"については、ご応募いただいた内容を欧州センター東京本部と共有させていただきます。

3.7 "Step in Japan"については、ご応募いただいた内容を欧州センター東京本部と共有させていただきます。

3.8 欧州企業による "Vulcanus in Europe" 申請については、申請時にご提供いただいた情報を選考委員会（日欧センター職員および外部アドバイザーで構成）で検討します。最終選考に残った場合、関連データが日欧センターの東京本部に送られます。貴社とのマッチングが成功した場合、貴社の連絡先が研修生と共有されます。

3.9 As regards "Vulcanus in Japan" applications by European students, the information you provide when applying will be examined by the selection committee (made up of the EU-Japan Centre's staff and external advisers). If your application is short-listed, your data will be sent to our office in Tokyo and through it to the firm(s) you have chosen. If one of those companies accepts you, then relevant information will be sent to the Japanese Immigration Office, the language school and - should you decide to take out an insurance policy from the EU-Japan Centre's nominated insurer - to AVI International Insurance.

3.10 As regards our "Vulcanus in Japan alumni website", we have already uploaded basic information (name, year of participation, Vulcanus reference number and sex) about former participants who have previously consented to share this information with us. No information is provided about alumni who have not consented to share this information with us. Registered alumni are free to complete their entries with additional information - including pictures and links to social media profiles - but should only do so if they agree that this additional information will be visible to any registered user wherever they are in the World (in the EU, in a country with which the EU has a data adequacy agreement or in a third country).

3.11 Where you complete a webform to request a publication or to be added to a mailing-list, we will use the information you provide to judge your eligibility and, where applicable, to process your inquiry and register your interest in receiving future publications/notifications.

3.12 Where you complete a webform to ask a question or register for a service (including our "Ask the Expert" and "Tax and Public Procurement" services), we will use the information you submit to understand the context of your question and to respond to it.

4.1 Any and all information collected by the EU-Japan Centre is kept strictly confidential. The EU-Japan Centre takes all the appropriate action to ensure the protection of Personal data.

4.2 All Personal data provided are used by the EU-Japan Centre in accordance with this Privacy policy.

Cookies are usually small text files, given ID tags that are stored in your computer's browser directory or program data subfolders. Cookies are created when you use your browser to visit a website that uses cookies to keep track of your movements within the site.
The EU-Japan Centre uses Google Analytics cookies to gather information about the EU-Japan Centre's web users' navigation behaviour to compile reports and to constantly improve our Website functions for better user experience.

第6条：個人情報の第三者提供

The EU-Japan Centre does not sell or trade any of your Personal data to third-parties.
The EU-Japan Centre may release Personal data when its release is appropriate to comply with the law, protect ours or others' rights, property or safety.

The EU-Japan Centre may also transfer your Personal data to its partners to achieve its corporate purpose (e.g.: sharing your Personal data with the co-organizers of the seminars they are giving, to the company in which student will be working...). The EU-Japan Centre ensures that those partners will observe and comply with the GDPR.

The EU-Japan Centre may transfer Personal data abroad or to an international organisation for purposes connected with the management of its activities. To ensure an appropriate level of protection for Personal data, the EU-Japan Centre will either use a data transfer agreement with the third-party recipient based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or ensure that the transfer is to a jurisdiction that is the subject of an adequacy decision by the European Commission. Subject to and in accordance with applicable law, individuals have the right to receive more information about these safeguards.

第8条：お客様の情報へのアクセス、修正、消去、処理の制限

In accordance with article 15 of the GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of the information that the EU-Japan Centre holds about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email: office@eu-japan.eu or write to us at our registered office mentioned on article 1.

In accordance with article 16, 17 and 18 of the GDPR: you may ask the EU-Japan Centre to correct information you think is inaccurate, you have the right to ask for your Personal data to be erased and the right to ask the EU-Japan Centre to limit the processing of your Personal data.

You can exercise those rights by writing an email to the following address: office@eu-japan.eu or by writing a standard letter and sending it to the EU-Japan Centre's registered office.

第9条：ポータビリティ権

You also have the right to receive the Personal data related to you and that you gave to the EU-Japan Centre, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by a machine and the right to forward this data to another data controller when the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means.

The EU-Japan Centre can retain your Personal data during a period not exceeding what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or for which they are processed.

第11条：日欧産業協力センターの個人情報保護方針の変更

The EU-Japan Centre keeps its Privacy policy under regular review and will place any updates on the Website. The last update to this Privacy policy was made on 16 August 2018.

第12条：データ侵害の通知

To be in line with GDPR, should a data breach occur, the EU-Japan Centre will notify you via email within 72 hours.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, you have the right to introduce a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which you have your habitual residence, work place or place of the alleged violation if you consider that our Personal data processing activities infringe the GDPR.
